Job Overview
The Sales & Marketing Assistant at World Domes will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team with administrative, social media, and marketing tasks. You’ll help maintain CRM data, assist with client communication, and create marketing content to expand our brand presence. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication, and a foundational knowledge of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
    • Support the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks
    • Use and maintain the CRM system to track leads, update customer information, and monitor sales pipelines
    • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and client follow-ups
    • Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide product or service information to clients
  • Marketing Support:
    • Assist in managing social media accounts by drafting and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics
    • Help create content for marketing materials, newsletters, and email campaigns
    • Maintain contact lists and help draft email communications for clients and leads
    • Collaborate with the team to execute marketing campaigns and promotions
    • Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities and trends
  • General:
    • Maintain a general understanding of company products and services, as well as the construction industry
    • Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency in sales and marketing processes

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or related role, with some exposure to marketing or social media management
  • Basic knowledge of the construction industry and sales principles
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
  • Experience in B2B sales or support functions is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing needs
  • Willingness to work full-time in the office
