Melaleuca is positioned to grow even more rapidly in upcoming years. To help keep up with this growth we are looking for an outstanding Sales Specialist to join our Marketing Services Team.

Overview

At Melaleuca Marketing Services you'll become a part of a fast-paced team dedicated to a feel-good lifestyle brand committed to changing lives. Melaleuca was created to provide our members with superior products that help people live more vibrant, healthier and happier lives.

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you'll be working directly with Melaleuca members to help them take advantage of Melaleuca’s industry leading services programs. Because people are at the center of everything we do, one of your main priorities is to educate Melaleuca Members about the value of Melaleuca’s services programs. In this role, you will be measured by hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals, consistently staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection in stride. You’ll experience all of this in a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drives sales activities and successfully sell Melaleuca Home Security and other services programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls - this role is 100% phone based. These are not cold calls as you are calling current Melaleuca Members.
  • Stay organized and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals. Sales is a numbers game and you will win by your effort.
  • Own and manage a pipeline Melaleuca customers.
  • Become an expert in Melaleuca’s Services and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit member needs - asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Ability to work in-person and onsite at Melaleuca’s offices
  • HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing or phone sales experience OR; Bachelor’s Degree
  • No fear of the phone
  • General computer and email proficiency
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight
  • Must possess current US work authorization

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Wage and commissions – Top earners can exceed $90,000 per year
