POSITION SUMMARY – Social Worker
POSITION DUTIES – Social Services Case Management
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – LMSW; BLS; 2+ years’ experience as a Social Worker.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – LCSW
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8hr nights (40hrs/wk)
SYSTEMS – Epic
START DATE – ASAP
