Job Description

Position: Occupational Therapist

Who We Are Looking For:
Are you a self-starter? Is being “organized” a top priority in your life and are you able to multitask and prioritize projects, while simultaneously meeting deadlines and prioritizing your day? Can you communicate effectively with people from all different backgrounds — both written and verbal? Are you able to speak up when you see something that is not working? Can you anticipate the needs of other people because you show up for work knowing that the smallest details always make the difference?

Do you have a positive outlook on life? Are you flexible, open to change, and committed to learning? If so, you could be just the person we are looking for at All Access Therapy.

About Our Practice:
All Access Therapy is a specialized pediatric therapy center focused on helping children move better so they can become more independent, confident and keep up with their friends and family. We help guide parents to find the best way to help their children reach their personal potential. We provide PT and OT services.

We are located in Shelley, ID. We work with children from newborns to school aged children and even adults. We are ready to grow so we can continue to increase the offerings in our community. We are looking for the perfect next team member to help us do that!

That’s Where You Come In:
Are you someone who wants to be part of an innovative and exciting practice that is serving families of children? Are you flexible and open to change as our practice continues to grow and evolve?

What We’re Looking For:
You understand that our practice is a people first atmosphere and our families’ experience always comes first. Someone who has a positive attitude that makes families look for any excuse to come back and see them. Someone who is able to connect and engage with people on a personal level and not just on a clinical skill level. Someone who is able to communicate with parents in such a way that they know what you’re doing for them. You’re coachable, love to learn, and have a fail-forward attitude
You take constructive criticism well and enjoy getting regular feedback that will optimize your skills and performance. Someone who loves to learn and is committed to being part of a team that puts families first

To Be Successful In This Position You Must:
Be licensed or eligible to obtain your Idaho Occupational Therapy license. Support and contribute to the company’s Purpose, Vision and Core Values. Build lasting relationships and trust with our clients through open communication and empathy. Identify the client’s internal problems, speak to their “why” and determine their goals. Provide an exceptional client experience. Provide expert level care during Phone Consultations, Screenings, Evaluations, Follow-Up Sessions. Contribute to and participate in clinical in-services, newsletter writing, social media marketing, educational workshops and community events. Keep record of client interactions, complete documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner
Be open and dedicated to personal and professional growth. Experience preferred, but not required.

What We’ve Got For You:
Approximately 5 – 40 hours a week
Flexible scheduling. Being part of a team where you help change children’s lives and support their families along the way. The chance to be a part of an incredible team of people who work hard but have fun too. A working environment where being yourself is encouraged, where people are the priority, and where you will always be challenged to learn and grow. A chance to work and help the best (and the cutest!) clients in East Idaho (seriously, we love our clients and their amazing families). Working in a fun and supportive environment, where you are encouraged to be yourself. The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with disabilities and developmental delays. Ongoing training to ensure your success and develop you towards your professional goals. A position with room for growth in a vibrant, family friendly center.
