Castle Lake Insurance has been supporting the surrounding communities of Idaho Falls, ID for 25 years. We are a multi-line agency and are seeking talented agents who want to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
· Must be licensed in property & casualty and would like someone who also has life & health.
· Willingness and demonstrated ability to attract new clients and new lines of business.
· Experience using comparative rating software.
· Explain features, benefits, and drawbacks of specific insurance products.
· Customize recommendations for prospects/client based on their personal situation and their own goals and objectives. Sell and initiate these products and services.
· Prepare forms, applications, agreements, and other paperwork to initiate new policies.
· Have the ability to work well with a team and multiple personality types.
· A “can do” attitude and ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
· A willingness and ability to be proactive beyond the reactive demands of the role.
· Have the highest level of integrity.
· Be an exceptional people person who communicates easily and naturally.

Experience:
· Property & Casualty Insurance 3 years (Preferred)
Licenses/Certifications:
· Have a valid Property & Casualty Broker/Agent license
