Job Description
The Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding apprentices who are undergoing training in electrical trades. This role combines hands-on instruction in electrical systems, theory, code requirements, and safety practices with classroom teaching. The instructor will facilitate a dynamic learning environment, adapt teaching methods to meet diverse apprentice needs, and stay updated with electrical codes and emerging technologies in the field.
Proficient in various electrical systems and tools.Strong understanding of national electrical code and local regulations.Effective teaching and communication skills, capable of conveying complex information.Ability to mentor and motivate young professionals.Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods.
