*OVERVIEW:*

We are seeking an energetic, devoted, driven Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist at our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, develop your skills in all areas of outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional, individualized, one-on-one physical therapy as a unified team.

*REQUIREMENTS:*

1. Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho and/or current state of practice.
2. Strong orthopedic rehabilitation skills.
3. Experience working as a member of a team with a strong sense of Team Unity.
4. Strong internal drive - the ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic setting and adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and demands.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and all co-workers regardless of role.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
7. Commitment to providing patient-centered care, promoting wellness, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

*RATE OF PAY:*

This pay model for this position is a performance-pay model based off of units billed.
