You will go home everyday smelling like leather. Responsibilities Operate and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic presses, hot stamps, grinders, buffers, and hand tools. Perform assembly tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. Utilize leatherworking techniques and skills to create components as needed. Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production processes.
