IS THIS THE RIGHT ROLE FOR YOU?

What we look for in our Production team members is a keen eye for detail, patience, and a steady hand. Precision and quality control are essential, as you will be responsible for spotting any imperfections in the fly line we create right here, from raw materials to the finished lines you will be holding in your hands.

This role does not require specific knowledge, so your natural observational skills and ability to stay focused will be invaluable assets.

A love for the outdoors and a connection to the fishing world can bring extra motivation, helping you contribute to products that make memorable adventures for our customers around the world.

SHIFTS and PAY

 You have the option of choosing one of two shifts.

1.       Monday through Thursday,                  6am to 4:30pm

o   Hourly pay is $13.25.

2.       Monday through Thursday,                  12pm to 10:30pm

o   Hourly pay is $13.25 plus .75 cent shift differential equals $14.00.
