JOB SUMMARY: Arrange for the efficient and orderly admission of outpatient clinical visits.  Ensures that the patient’s information is collected, entered in the computer system accurately, and that all patients are aware of policies and procedures. Interviews incoming patient or representatives and enters information required for admission into computer. Distributes appropriate information to all ancillary departments. Must maintain a 95% accuracy rate quarterly on all admissions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for registering patients for outpatient therapy, obtaining personal information or verifying information already on file, including emergency numbers and insurance information. 2.
