Description: Maintain communication with Director of Clinical Services and Performance Attend regular supervision Ensures adherence and fidelity to existing curricula and treatment program and assists in developing and implementing new treatment programs. Performs, when necessary, appropriate clinical duties, including individual, group, family, crisis intervention, lectures, educational or skill groups, and relapse prevention counseling when needed. Performs case management duties on an as needed basis. Functions as a positive professional member of the center by interacting therapeutically with staff, clients, families, visitors and others while also participating in outreach and marketing activities.
