*Summary*
We have recently opened a new unit and are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team at Eagle Rock Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents, contributing to their recovery and overall health in a supportive and comfortable environment.
Additional 3$/hr pay differential for NOC shifts.
*Responsibilities*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
* Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
* Provide compassionate patient care, ensuring comfort and dignity for all residents.
* Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness strategies.
* Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
*Requirements*
* Current RN license in the state of practice.
* Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing practices.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and staff.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
* Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
