Job Description:

Embark on a rewarding career as a Direct Support Professional at Home Reach, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of our clients. Your primary focus will be providing personalized care and support, empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and actively engage in their communities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist clients with daily activities, including cleaning, shopping, personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide invaluable companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Aid clients in mobility and transportation, as needed.
• Contribute to planning and participating in recreational and social activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client care.

Qualifications:

• Compassion and a strong desire to make a positive impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy when working with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and follow care plans.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and required training.
• Previous caregiving or related field experience is a plus but not required.

Shifts:

Monday-Thursday

• 7am-3pm
• 3pm-11pm
• 11pm-7am

Friday-Sunday

• 7am-7pm
• 7pm-7am
