Window Cleaning Technician
Radiance Window Cleaning is hiring a Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Idaho Falls and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on, outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working independently, and delivering high-quality results for customers.
What You’ll Do

Clean residential and commercial windows using professional tools and techniques

Clean screens, tracks, and frames as part of detailed service

Safely work on ladders and around buildings when needed

Communicate professionally with customers on job sites

Maintain equipment and company vehicles in clean working condition

Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job
What We’re Looking For

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive movement

Comfortable with heights and ladder work (training provided)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Window cleaning or construction experience is a plus, but not required
