Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Specialist who could thrive in a small business with startup energy. This role will be more than answering phones and emails, it’ll be about being the face of our storefront, creating exceptional customer experiences, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• This is a full-time, on-site role requiring dependable presence in the storefront during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, serving as a consistent and reliable face of the company
• Confidently demonstrate products, guide customers through product selection, and complete in-person sales transactions
• Deliver responsive, solution-oriented customer support via phone calls and email
• Support day-to-day office operations and proactively step in wherever needed

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset with friendly, professional demeanor in person, on the phone, and email
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain products and handle customer questions clearly
• Basic sales and transaction experience including handling payments and operating a POS system
• Comfortable with basic technology including email, calendars, spreadsheets, and office software
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in alignment with company policies
• Dependable and self-directed with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Willingness to run local errands and assist with day-to-day operational needs
• Prior experience in a front desk, retail, or customer service role preferred but not required
