Job Description
Here is what a typical day looks like on the job:
Prepping the Essentials: Cooking large batches of tapioca pearls (boba) to get that perfect chewy texture, brewing various tea bases (black, green, Thai, Chai), and mixing custom syrups.
Crafting Drinks: Measuring out precise ratios of tea, milk or fruit flavorings, ice, and sweetness levels based on customer orders.
Operating Equipment: Using commercial tea shakers, blender stations, and motorized cup-sealing machines.
Customer Service: Greeting customers, explaining menu items (like the difference between a milk tea and a smoothie), taking orders, and handling payments.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Constantly wiping down sticky prep stations, washing blender jars, and keeping the front-of-house clean and welcoming.
No experience required. The job is easy to learn.
Full time is also possible.
