Qualifications:

• Must be one of the following: licensed in the state of Idaho LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LPC.

We offer a competitive wage of $34.00-48.00 hr DOE

Duties:

• Provide individual and group therapy to patients with mental health issues, substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Complete intake assessments, case planning, treatment planning, discharge planning and follow up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain relationships with other mental health professionals by providing referrals and professional development opportunities.
