Tire and Lube Tech

Responsibilities
- Perform lube oil and filter changes on various vehicles
- Check and top off vital fluids such as transmission, power steering, brake, and windshield washer fluids
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs

- Perform brake and rotor replacements, shocks, struts, ball joints and other minor mechanical repairs/replacement
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

-Perform flat repair, tire rotation, tire breakdown, mounting and balancing

## Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Proficiency with hand tools for basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Ability to align with company standards for quality service
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair principles
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle components
- Strong customer service and sales skills to interact effectively with clients
