Responsibilities: Responsible for setup, operation, and adjustment for product changeover of plastics blow molding equipment.  Performs daily equipment maintenance and upkeep duties including cleaning of machine/equipment and work area and documenting cleaning logs.  Inspects and maintains quality of product being produced in accordance with established Good Manufacturing Practices cleanliness and safety guidelines.  Ensures product components are used in lot sequence and required reports, labels, and other paperwork and data are entered in the computer as needed.
