Responsibilities: Responsible for setup, operation, and adjustment for product changeover of plastics blow molding equipment.  Performs daily equipment maintenance and upkeep duties including cleaning of machine/equipment and work area and documenting cleaning logs.  Inspects and maintains quality of product being produced in accordance with established Good Manufacturing Practices cleanliness and safety guidelines.  Ensures product components are used in lot sequence and required reports, labels, and other paperwork and data are entered in the computer as needed. Qualifications:   Hands-on experience with equipment operation in a high-volume continuous manufacturing environment. Experience with plastics blow molding a plus but not required. Responsibilities: Hooks up vats or tanks Prepares the tuber or filling lines for operation by adjusting table height, fill levels, heat setting, scissor – nozzle height, bottles, or tubes, and getting totes, preparing paperwork, adjusts capper and sealer and rails, etc. Cleans Video Jet head, checking placement of labels, stamp and rails. Operates the tuber or filling lines within quality standards by manually placing tubes and bottles or using an automatic machine, checking fill levels, batch code; boxing product, placing on a pallet, scraping vat as needed, filling hopper as needed with a bucket of product, cleaning buckets, filling tube loader with tubes, etc. Filling hopper as needed with caps and placing labels on labeler. Completes reports, labels, etc. with information (i.e., name of product, quantity, names of people, date, shift, etc.) Assists in training other associates as needed by showing proper procedures, answering questions, etc....
