We are a locally owned and operated restaurant serving up THE best BBQ in the area!  We a looking for an honest and reliable  General Manager  to lead.  This position will oversee many facets of operations, including:  Scheduling, customer service, inventory, team leadership. Duties include: Lead daily operations, including food preparation, cooking, service Learn and understand POS system and effectively teach others Supervise staff training Oversee ordering Handle cash management, tip payout Monitor food production to uphold quality and consistency Scheduling of staff, hiring, performance evaluations Qualifications include: Experience in quick service and food management Team management, staff training Excellent communication skills, as will work closely with the owner Deliver caters occassionally Lead a team to full-service caters Positive attitude!  I can teach many of the skills; but must come happy to work and ready to work!
