General Manager--Restaurant

We are a locally owned and operated restaurant serving up THE best BBQ in the area!  We a looking for an honest and reliable General Manager to lead.  This position will oversee many facets of operations, including:  Scheduling, customer service, inventory, team leadership.

Duties include:

• Lead daily operations, including food preparation, cooking, service
• Learn and understand POS system and effectively teach others
• Supervise staff training
• Oversee ordering
• Handle cash management, tip payout
• Monitor food production to uphold quality and consistency
• Scheduling of staff, hiring, performance evaluations

Qualifications include:

• Experience in quick service and food management
• Team management, staff training
• Excellent communication skills, as will work closely with the owner
• Deliver caters occassionally
• Lead a team to full-service caters
• Positive attitude!  I can teach many of the skills; but must come happy to work and ready to work!
