Job Description

Prospect and develop new business within the meat processing industry through cold calls, networking, and referrals. 

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as plant managers, R&D teams, and procurement directors. 

Identify customers needs offering solutions that improve product quality, efficiency, or compliance 

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. 

Track sales activities, stay up to date with trends, safety regulations, and competitor offerings. 

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

Must be bilingual ( English / Spanish )

Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

Must be self-motivated with a strong drive for results. 

Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
