Teton Leather is growing! We are looking for a few hard working, dedicated individuals to join our team of passionate leather techs and help break in our brand new shop!

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic presses, hot stamps, grinders, buffers, and hand tools.
- Perform assembly tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Utilize leatherworking techniques and skills to create components as needed.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production processes.
- Handle heavy lifting and assist in warehouse operations as required.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Skills
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes in a manufacturing setting.
- Previous experience in millwork or warehouse environments is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
