Teton Leather is growing! We are looking for a few hard working, dedicated individuals to join our team of passionate leather techs and help break in our brand new shop!

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic presses, hot stamps, grinders, buffers, and hand tools.
  • Perform assembly tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
  • Utilize leatherworking techniques and skills to create components as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production processes.
  • Handle heavy lifting and assist in warehouse operations as required.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

Skills

  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes in a manufacturing setting.
  • Previous experience in millwork or warehouse environments is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
