Position Overview:

Reeds Dairy is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Production Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, overseeing the pasteurizing, homogenizing, and packaging of our high-quality dairy products. If you’re passionate about the dairy industry and thrive in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and assist in the pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging of dairy products.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
Manage and train production staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and maintain productivity.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 6 AM - 4 PM
Most Fridays and weekends off!

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift over 75 pounds as required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in dairy production or food manufacturing preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
