Production Team Manager

Job Overview

Mechanically minded is a plus.

Production experience required.

5+ Years of Management required

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Coordinate and manage assembly line operations, optimizing workflow for maximum efficiency and output
• Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to support manufacturing processes
• Monitor inventory levels within the warehouse, ensuring timely supply of materials for production needs
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical issues on the assembly line or with equipment, implementing quick resolutions
• Train and mentor team members in proper assembly techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation
• Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing facility to maintain a safe working environment and identify areas for process improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility with hands-on assembly line supervision
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools and power tools in a production setting
• Warehouse experience including forklift operation certification is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment
