What You’ll Do
- Help patients select frames that fit their lifestyle, personality, and visual needs
- Deliver a high-end customer experience from start to finish
- Educate patients on lenses, coatings, and eyewear options
- Recommend premium products confidently and professionally
- Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyewear when needed
- Work closely with doctors and team members to create a seamless patient experience
- Support practice growth through strong communication and relationship-building
- Maintain an organized, welcoming optical environment
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, and display presentation

Bonus Qualifications
- ABO certification
- Previous optician or optical experience
- Experience with premium eyewear brands
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
