Full-Time | Exempt (base salary plus strong commission package! Opportunity for good money to be made through commissions| Sales Team | Eastern Idaho (with occasional trips to our Jackson, WY office)

We’re hiring a Trade Sales Consultant based out of Eastern Idaho, with the occasional road trip over to our Jackson, WY office to keep things interesting. We want a closer who’s ready to own a territory, build relationships that last, and cash bonus checks along the way.

The Gig

• Be the go-to Pella connection for builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners
• Quote it, sell it, deliver it — run the full sales playbook start to finish
• Get out of the office: trade shows, home shows, jobsites, industry events
• Read blueprints like a pro and quote projects using PQM and MS Office
• Chase leads down and turn them into wins
• Report your wins, your losses, and everything in between
• Mentor the next generation of Pella talent
• Push the team forward — always raising the bar

What You Bring to the Table

• Drive. A degree helps (BS/BA, AA, or technical), but hustle matters more
• 2-4 years in sales, customer service, or business — construction know-how is a huge plus
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• The ability to talk shop with a homeowner AND a job site crew
• Flexibility — evenings and weekends happen. That’s where the deals are made
• Energy for an active role: jobsite walks, some lifting, lots of time on your feet and on the road
