Job Description
Essential:
- Vacuums carpeted floors and floor mats.
- Sweeps, mops and disinfects floors
- Cleans all windows
- Ensures that all trash is removed from the building and deposits it into the receptacle.
- Cleans all restrooms by sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting the restrooms, (i.e., wiping & washing urinals, toilets, sinks, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, etc.) with disinfectant.
- Cleans breakroom by sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting the breakroom: by wiping & washing tables, chairs, counters, floors, walls, windows, etc.
- Vacuums offices and removes garbage.
- Ensures the outside break area and parking lot is clean and free from litter and debris.
- Cleans various hard-to-reach areas
- Runs the floor scrubber on cement floors throughout the facility
Additional:
- Performs duties of position in the work area as needed or other tasks as assigned.
Supervision of Others:
- Does not supervisor others
Minimum Qualifications:
Essential:
- Detailed work and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow through on projects with professionalism
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive areas.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Standing, sitting or walking for duration of shift.
- Pulling stretching, bending and lifting for duration of shift.
- Manual dexterity for such duties as wiping, dusting, cleaning, etc.
- Visually read product labels, SOPs, and written instructions
- Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
Additional:
- Ability to climb stairs
- Work overtime as needed
