Our custodial team members are vital to providing high quality cleaning services for our operations facilities and the team members working in these facilities by ensuring our buildings are in “Tour Ready” condition at all times.  The Custodial Coordinator is a working front line supervisor for the Custodians. Works with operations team to reduce downtime by improving equipment reliability. Essential Responsibilities  Maintains equipment by performing preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and aiding operations in sanitizing, cleaning, and lubricating. Trains operations team to increase capability, including the creation of simple one point communications to document best practices Performs set-up, changeover, and repair of production equipment. Completes various special projects according to skill and ability. Additional Performs other duties as assigned or needed. Performs facility assignments as required.
