We are looking for qualified applicants to fill two line cook positions for the summer season beginning at the end of April. Both AM & PM shifts are available. Ideally seeking someone with cooking experience that can handle high tempo and challenging cuisine. Starting pay for these positions is $18-19/hr depending upon experience. We are also looking to fill a full time prep cook position. Typically AM hours for this shift, though that is flexible depending on availability. Needs to be prompt, thorough, and helpful to the needs of the line cooks. Ideally seeking someone who knows the basics of this position (cleaning/trimming rib-eyes, butchering chicken, making soups, etc.) Starting pay for this position is $16-17/hr depending upon experience. And finally we are also looking to hire two full time dishwashers, both AM & PM shifts available. Needs to be able to handle high volume and assist with kitchen cleaning duties. Starting pay for these positions is $15/hr
