Insurance Account Representative
As a licensed team member for and independent contractor State Farm agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and providing excellent customer service. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services based on customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to obtain Idaho property and casualty insurance licensing before hire.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred
