We are adding a key member to our leadership support team — a sharp, self-directed professional who will own the financial and procurement side of our builds. This is not an entry-level bookkeeping seat. It is a high-trust role for someone who takes pride in clean books, tight job costs, and projects that never wait on materials.
The Role The Construction Operations Manager owns two things: the company's books and the flow of materials to our job sites. You will run full-charge bookkeeping in QuickBooks — purchase orders, accounts payable, bill payment, and job cost tracking — and work directly with ownership and the management team to coordinate projects from pre-construction through completion. Your judgment will directly shape our margins, our schedules, and our relationships with vendors and trade partners.
